Festival of Trees
This November will mark the 17th annual year for Jacksonville's "Festival of Trees," which has become a major community event. The festival is an important fund-raising event for WOODHAVEN: Hospice & Special Support Services, which serves Morgan & Scott counties.
The festival will be held at the Masonic Temple, 245 West College, Jacksonville.
Highlights of the Festival include: over 50 Designer and Children's Trees; special display of Designer Wreaths; booths with candy, popcorn, and homemade bakery items; food and beverage service; the popular "Mystery Tree"; Kid's Corner for making Christmas crafts; and live, continuous music entertainment. On Sunday the auction of the Designer trees and wreaths will be held.
